Our creative wellbeing sessions offer support and awareness on subject matters that can sometimes be hard to understand, words like dementia, depression, social anxiety/ isolation or any other mental health condition can sometimes be alien to family, friends and loved ones so exploring the subject matter in a safe, non judgmental creative environment can really make a difference
